PLEASE NOTE: From September 21, 2102, through November 12, 2012, the Electoral Board office is not staffed full time, because the duties of the Board assistant require her to be at the Registrar's office or in the field. ALL IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING TAKES PLACE AT THE REGISTR'S OFFICE LOCATED AT THE 5TH STREET COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING, 1600 5TH STREET, CHARLOTTESVILLE, 22902.
